I want to change the country/region of my Apple ID, but I still have a remaining balance of $0.17 that I cannot use because no apps or services are available for this amount.
Could you please help me remove this balance so I can proceed with changing my country?

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
