Lexmark e260dn does not print w/ MacOS Sequoia using Lexmark's MacOS drivers

I installed the drivers from https://support.lexmark.com/en_us/drivers-downloads.html?q=Lexmark%20E260dn for MacOS, but after adding the printer I'm unable to print.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 26.0

well the url you posted show that the newest macOS version lexmark support in terms of drivers for that printer is macOS 10.8 ( Mountain Lion )

so that would likely explain your issue

if it was me then I would look into if the gutenberg printer project support your printer for a newer macOS version

Gutenprint Supported Printers

if not then if it was me then I would cut my losses and look for a new printer, maybe one which supported apples airprint which would likely mean it would last longer than the manufactorer wish to spend R&D resources on the model
