Hello, I want to install Visual Studio code but its giving me error. Can you please help me with that?

Possible issue: a file that Installer is trying to replace can not be replaced because it is marked as busy, i.e., in use by macOS.
as of August 2024, Visual Studio for Mac appears to be GONE:
Visual Studio for Mac has been retired as of August 31, 2024 in accordance with Microsoft’s Modern Lifecycle Policy. Visual Studio for Mac is no longer supported. There will be no further servicing updates to address security issues or updated platforms from Apple. Visual Studio Code is a different product. It's commonly used by developers who want to punish themselves more than Apple would.
Check with the developer, Tahoe may not yet be supported.
