Understanding D&G Warranty DGAppCare charges on iPhone

I am being charged $3.13/month for D&G Warranty DGAppCare. Anyone know what this is?

Cost of AppleCare+ subscription on my iPhone 14. My original AppleCare+ subscription ran out recently. I opted for the year option expecting a $149 charge. However I seem to have only been charged $0.49 and this charge is per year. I have received an email confirming both the charge and the coverage. This doesnt seem right, it looks like I am getting continuing coverage every year for just $0.49 per year? Geoff

why am i continuously being charged $139.99 when i have no subscriptions I am being charged every day with the price of $139.99. It continues to be declined but i’m confused as to why i am being charged in the first place, i have no subscriptions active and there is nothing to tell me why or what i am being charged for. I have googled it and all google tells me is that it must be applecare or subscriptions, of which i have neither. please help this is getting quite irritating.

Sound like a third party extended warranty service.

I don't think that has anything to do with AppleCare but I don't have anything with AppleCare so I don't know what invoices from them show.
