Apple locations for Mac repairs without service options

would I be able to give my Mac from a nearby location even if it doesn't have service options?

Contact the store and ask. They’ll know if they can perform repairs locally, or can accept and forward equipment, or if other arrangements are required

I am unclear whether this “give my Mac” is for repair service, as part of a trade-in, or for some other requirement.


If the country or region has no available Apple service options, you will have to:

  • send the Mac to a trusted proxy in a country or region where Apple Support or Apple authorized repair providers are active, or…
  • travel to that country or region yourself.

I don't think Apple users in this forum can give you a definitive answer to that, we are located across the world in other countries. I would simply contact that Store and ask your question. Many Apple Stores offer service inside the Store but also send some Macs anyway out to a central laboratory for certain types of service.
