Lost Toy story watch face. Turns out they “quietly “ aka secretly removed them and a few others with the iOS 26 update to the Apple Watch.
And there really isn’t another watch face that cycles through interesting characters are scenes that I could find. If anyone knows of one, please let me know.

Only Apple can do that. And Apple doesn't read here in this user-to-user forum for feedback or suggestions. You can, however, let them know your thoughts here:
Meanwhile, you have other options, for example, the Snoopy and Mickey Mouse faces. Or the "Playful" face.
