i have a white dot on Dynamic Island with no apps open, when I lock my phone the dot moves to the right of the island and changes to black outer dot with a white inner dot, am I hacked

You're not hacked, but can you please provide a screenshot? And if it doesn't appear on the screenshot, this would indicate a hardware issue. Something to also try is go to Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Vehicle Motion Cues and make sure that's turned off.

Are you “hacked”? Pretty unlikely. Why would you be? Try a restart, or even a forced restart (Force restart iPhone - Apple Support).
If that fails, Post a screen shot of each scenario.
The microphone would indicate a green or orange dot, I'm not aware of a white dot and it doesn't appear in Apple's documentation either. But if it appears again take a photo and share it with us.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display and Text Size. See if any settings are turned on. Some accessibility settings can change the looks and colors of the display.
I restarted my phone and it went away, I wasn’t using my microphone lately and can’t seem to find any pictures online of the same issue? What would be the reason for it do you know

I just checked there when I go to send a voice message the dot is white? Yet it should be orange shouldn’t it
