How to remove iphone apps from Macbook in MacOS Tahoe 26.0?

Is it possible to remove iPhone Apps from showing in new Apps menu in MacOS Tahoe? I keep seeing Apps with a small iPhone circle in the bottom right of an App. Most Apps are also doubled, since there is an iPhone and a Mac App (example for Journal):

I tried turning the iPhone Apps toggle off in "Spotlight/Results from System," but the issue remains.

Please note that I am from EU, where the iPhone Mirroring is nota available, so there is absolutely no need for me to see the iPhone Apps on my Mac.

There are two ways to hide iPhone apps from being shown in Spotlight and the Spotlight-based Apps launcher. The first option is not showing up for everyone, it seems (the dependency is not yet clear, it could have to do with having used iPhone mirroring).

First method: In Spotlight (Applications) or in the Apps launcher, click the (•••) button at the top right, then click on Show iPhone Appsto deselect it.

Second method: In System Settings > Spotlight, turn off iPhone Apps(it’s down near the bottom of the settings pane).

Going through the settings of spotlight worked for me...
Seeing my iPhone apps on My Mac was not relevant for me...

I wonder why the first option : " show iPhone apps" when clicking on the (...) is not available on some computers....
