Touch ID Not Working - Authentication disabled

After updating to 15.7 on my M4 Pro, I can no longer unlock with Apple Watch, it says Authentication disabled when entering password, and at the lock screen it doesn't let me use Touch ID anymore?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.2
