iPhone not ringing after iOS 26 update with red bell icon

Phone not ringing since upgrade to iOS.26. Did not silence calls. When using side volume buttons, volume bar appears with a “red bell” with a slash through it.

iPhone Delayed Ringing I have noticed several people posting about their iPhone suddenly having a delay before it starts ringing. I too have this, ever since upgrading yesterday to the latest version of iOS. The call comes in and about 10 seconds later, phone ringing tune begins to sound. Must be an issue caused by the update .

Check the Mute switch on the left side, just above the volume buttons.
