There are no Journal suggestions on iOS 26

I don’t see any suggestions on my journal app even if suggestions are already turned on. I only see reflection prompts.

No search in Journal app There is no ability to search in the Journal app. At first I thought this was inattentional blindness by Apple and would be rapidly included in an update. Alas approaching end Jan 24 still no search. Am I missing something, apart from search, or would I be better just journaling in Notes?

Apple Journal not available after update to 17.2 I have Apple iPad (10.2-inch, 9th Gen) Tablet (A2602) and while a link I got from Reddit shows the app in the App Store, I cannot download and the app is not on my iPad. The page on the App Store says “This app requires specific features not available on this device.” I had updated to iPadOS 17.2 (21C62)

Why hasn't Apple made Journal available on iPads? I can’t imagine how Apple has not yet made Journal available on IPads. Ipad pros with Magic Keyboards are expensive and journaling is a basic activity we should be enabled to do on our pads as well as our phones. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

When I click on the journaling suggestions button it doesn’t even do anything.

Same for me. I’ve turned them on and off, restarted my phone, deleted the app and downloaded again but I’m not getting anything
