I want to order a new I Phone online and want to upgrade from my current I phone but the pricing is showing in USD as region is set to US . I am unable to change the region

have you tried to go to the iphone page and then scroll to the bottom of the site and click on the text that say "United States" and

have an online store in your country and you will have to settle for a reseller
