How to compare Apple Watch Series 10 model numbers?

I have two Apple watches series 10 46mm jet black GPS only. One has a model number MWWP3AM/A the other one has model number MWX13AM/A. They look identical can anyone explain what’s the difference? They are both Model A2999. I bought one second hand, and the other one from Apple directly in Canada. Thanks
