Apple NEVER claimed any device they make, including iPhone 16 can measure Blood Pressure. What Apple did introduce was a way for an Apple Watch (Series 9 or newer, Ultra Watch 2 or newer) to see if you may have signs of High Blood Pressure. It does NOT measure Blood Pressure. The watches would notify you that you may have High Pressure, which you would then schedule an appointment with your doctor to be checked.
The only way to truly measure BP is with a BP Cuff. You can buy such Cuffs on Amazon or most drug stores. Many of them will offer an App, which you can store and track your BP in the app.
