i have a problem, i buy used iphone 15 but its locked, and not activated. i dont have seller informatsion anymore. Is tehere someting i can do to use this phone?

Activation Lock is an anti-theft mechanism that you cannot bypass.
If you bought a used, recent, valuable iPhone 15 … and the phone turned out to be Activation Locked … and the seller then disappeared … that might suggest that you got scammed. You could well be in possession of stolen property that the true owner can track, but that you will never be able to use.
