iPhone 14 has no network after iOS 26 update

I updated my iPhone 14 to ios26 and now I seem to have lost the ability to make calls, text and use my data. My sim is in the phone and my provider said there is no issue there. Ive tried all the usual things of turning on and off, re inserting sim, resetting the network settings but nothing seems to be working.

When I make a call it says call failed, when I try and text it says not delivered and I can't access any Internet using my data allowance.

Apple support didnt really seem to know although I have a call scheduled for tomorrow.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
