I recently updated my 15 pro to ios 26, after few days, suddenly there is a mobile service issue. I run diagnostic using the support app, it says there is an issue with the hardware need to send for repair. How to fix this?The phone is well maintained.

If diagnostics found a hardware problem the only way to fix it is to have it serviced. It clearly isn’t an iOS 26 problem because if it was it would have been evident immediately.
Install the Apple Support app on your iPhone and use it to contact support.
