Update Apple ID Settings Stuck (Tried all recommended suggestions)

Hi all,

So I did a fresh install of Mac OS 15.6.1 on my 2019 MacBook Pro 15 inch and I keep getting the Update Apple ID settings notification on settings.

I have tried all the suggested options so far. Signed in and out, Changed my password, disabled Keychain, deleted Keychain etc. and still nothing gets rid of it.

When I click on Continue a window appears with a spinning circle, but then vanishes again and no progress beyond that.

Any options that I might not have tried? Other than another fresh install?

I'm logged in apparently fine on my iPad and Iphone
