Apple online order with pickup option bug or unavailable

hello

whenever I try to put an order for an iPhone with pick up Option (tried different stores), it shows an error message at last step (after selecting shop and time slot ), that I should only select home delivery….

called apple support and they have no clue about what is happening …

iPhone 17 Pro pre-order fails with 'Page not found' error I have attempted to order a new iPhone today. The finance application has gone through with email stating the Apple order etc but there is no order - the last step of the order seem to fail with Page not found so I appear to have no order but a finance agreement!
