Insufficient store credit for app purchase on Apple Account

I charge my Apple balance to 53$ and I want to pay for an app by 2care4kids Group. Which cost 49.99$ but I keep getting the error “insufficient store credit remaining” any help please.

What is the sales tax rate in your area? Where I live, it's 7% so something priced at $49.99 would cost a total of $53.48. So, $53 wouldn't be enough.
