Too many redirects with app limit Enter Screentime Password prompts iOS 26

why is the screentime app limit prompting me more than once for applications such as Instagram, messaged, Safari, to enter my screentime password to only provide me the option to press OK (which exits you from the app), or enter password and be directed to enter the password again?

Childs phone bypassing screentime limits Any app that is currently in downtime that opens via links, like X or Discord can easily be bypassed. If they are on youtube or another app that has a link to these apps in it, after clicking it will open it in Safari (Which is not enabled on the phone and cannot be opened directly), and within the opened Safari page they can then click login and browse X or discord fully without restrictions. This is a huge oversight and effectively makes screentime completely unreliable. I have screenshots and can easily duplicate it.

ios 26 screen time glitch I just upgraded to IOS 26 and thought it was very good except for the fact that randomly sometimes my app limits that I have set will randomly go off, I did not use all of the time given and I do not know the password myself. anybody know a good fix?

Why does screentime's "Only Approved Websites" limit the functionality of the approved web address? For example, a website like miniplay.com functions perfectly before turning on screentime. Once it is added to the "Only Approved Websites" the web address works but all the game screens are black. But, if the website is under Limit Adult Websites and added to the Always Allow section, it functions fine. What exactly is the "Only Approved Websites" feature blocking so that the website does not function at 100% even when it is approved? (ipad)
