It would help if you narrowed it down a bit. What kind of charges? An app? A song, A computer? Something completely different through Apple card or Apple Pay?

Read this support article for directions about how to see your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store [mobile device, computer, or web] --> View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

- Web: "To see charges from older purchases, you might need to look at your purchase history in Settings or the App Store."

- iOS device or computer: If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, "tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range."

If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement, click on this link --> If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

How to see what you were charged for

1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Sign in with your Apple ID.

3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member or “All.”

4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date.

5. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.
