How do I delete a note from Notes app on iPhone?
Yesterday I deleted my entire 2025 schedule by mistake from my note app

The title says you want to delete a note, but the text says you already did.
So what is the issue?
Do you mean, perhaps, you want UN-delete or recover the note you deleted?
If so, tap on the < icon at the top right of the Notes app to go back into the Folders view, and look for a "Recently Deleted" group, tap on it. Tap on Edit, then select the Note you want to undelete, and then tap on Move and select the the main Notes group to put it back.
