Inability to Post to the Community? Possibly a Date and Time Issue

So, after upgrading to Tahoe in the East Coast and moving to Central, Apple would not recognize my current location in Date and Time, so I set D&T to manual. I tried to post to the community, but got a continual request to log in in order to post, even though I was clearly logged in.

The Fix for this issue is that you have to use automatic settings for date and time. And to fix the location issue so that you will have the correct time, you need to reset location services for privacy by going to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and toggling it off and on, which also restarts the locationd process. For persistent issues, you can also use the sudo killall locationd command in the Terminal.

This post is in case you have this issue.

Ok Jefferis Peterson appeciate the post.

Seems an oddity, typically there is no down side to set location manually ( ie Auto. off.)
