Issue with Payment Authorization for My Order
Hello,
I placed an order on September 12 for an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Order number: W135261****), but my card has not been charged yet, and I don’t even see any authorization hold from Apple on my bank account. The order status still shows Processing.
Could you please confirm if my payment went through successfully and let me know if I need to update my payment method to avoid cancellation?
