Call Screening on iPhone 15

I want to turn off “Call Screening” on my iPhone 15 but when I go to the “Settings” and click on the app “Phone”, I don’t see the option “Screen Incoming Calls”. When the iPhone updated to iOS 26, there was a blue button “Screen Calls” and I clicked on it, but ever since then it hasn’t worked. I’m from Europe so my question is if it has something to do with the region I live in.
