iPhone 15 replacement keeps restarting and loses Wi-Fi

I have a new Iphone 15, this new phone is the replacement I was given at the Apple store in Troy,MI to replace a new Iphone 15 I purchase that kept rebooting(restarting), The first Iphone had issues right out of the box. Now the replacement phone is doing the same thing. I had to restore from a iCloud back up and this worked for about a week, but now it is once again restarting and once restarted has no Wifi

Make sure you back it up, then erase it and set it up as a new device. Do NOT restore your backup.

It's possible this is a software problem caused by corruption that worked its way into the backup and has now followed it to your new phone.

If the problem persists after setting it up as a new device, take it back to Apple.

The chances of getting two phones with the same hardware fault are millions to one. So suspect your apps.

You need to Back up the phone

Erase all content & settings

set up the phone manually with no backup restored and no additional apps, see if it still happens

if yes then it needs repairing. Erase it again and take it back to Apple store.

When you get it back set up the phone again, restoring the backup.

there is some risk so ensure you learn how to perform this.
