How to delete purchase history from an Apple Account?

After filtering through the various Q&A about deleting apps, I suppose my question (and the answer to it) may be redundant. So I'll ask it another way: Is there ANY WAY to delete "purchase history" from my Apple account? I find this throttle of control in an Apple account annoying at best and at worst, a kind of denial of something I SHOULD be able to control. Apologies beforehand if a more complex answer has been added that I may have missed. TIA

You can't delete items from your purchase history but you can hide them.

For apps, see this document: Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support .

It only mentions hiding apps but according to Apple (as Recommended in: how do i delete an expired subscription - Apple Community ) subscriptions get hidden too.

This doesn't remove the item in your purchase history but Family Sharing members won't see them and they won't appear in your Library on a device unless you downloaded it to a device.

No. History cannot be deleted. You can hide old purchases only.
