Apple Watch 11 not showing steps on face

I have to touch the steps on screen it goes to the red circle with the true number of steps and then up dates on watch face. Restarted iPhone and watch numerous times. It is ridiculous that Apple thinks that just because they think steps are not an accurate read on fitness they don’t offer this option. They are dictating to the consumer what they think we need instead of giving the consumer what we want.

Well, it’s true, some of us think steps as a metric is inaccurate and pointless, can be counted by knitting, but Apple seem to continue supporting them.

Whether Pedometer++ have updated the app or agreed with Apple to keep it compatible is another question.
