Activation Lock issue on purchased Apple Watch Series 3

I've recently purchased an Apple Watch Series 3 from a reseller.

When I got home, I tried to link it to my phone and found out theirs been an activation lock on it. I've tried to reach out to the reseller to get them to remove their account, and no response.

The next day, I tried to reach out again and have since been blocked, and I can't find their account anywhere. I've even tried simply guessing the email and password link, but nothing's working.

Hello~ Nothing will work. The watch was not properly prepared for resell. Only the person whose account was used to set up the watch can assist you. Since no reseller of any quality would block you there is a chance you have a stolen watch. Please read this user tip by our *lobsterghost1*

Quite possibly a stolen Watch, and even if you could reach the seller and the seller is not a thief, they have absolutely no motivation in helping you get the Watch working again. Basically you have been scammed and there is nothing you can do about it. Life lesson.
