Selling iPad with 2 years of Apple Care

So, I wanna sell my iPad with 2 years of Apple care. I’d like to know if I can cancel the apple care or do something else. what should I do before selling it.

Note that I already know that I have to reset the iPad. I’m mostly talking about the 2 years of apple care.
