Trying to migrate my iPhone 16 Pro to iPhone 17 Air
Around in circles means being prompted to wait 24 hours, then being prompted to wait 3 days for a recovery process, both leading no wear. Currently when I click in settings on my Apple ID, I'm prompted to enter my password in a dialog box, with no option to click "forgot password". But at other times when I had the option to click forgot my password, it leads to my above statement to wait, etc. I took both phones to the Apple Store in Richmond mall, Canada. He couldn't get any further than I did. He then got me to get a special support person on the phone. She concluded the conversation by saying I would get an email the next day that would allow me to create a new password and that she could call me at a specific time to assist me in getting a new password. That never happened!? This is driving me crazy and I can't believe no one is having this problem in the world!? My only solution at the present time is to get a refund for the iPhone Air, which I love the looks of, and switch to Samsung!!
