Discrepancy in trade-in value due to claimed Wi-Fi issue on iPhone 15 Pro Max
I sent in my phone to Apple for the trade in with an estimate of $520. A week later I get an email stating my value is now $130 and that the wifi is not functional on my device I've been contacting Apple for the past 2 days and no one is able to help me. I'm not giving up because I'm not going to have them send me back a phone they damaged and I'm not taking a lesser trade in value for a phone they damaged. I submitted proof that my phone was working perfectly fine with the wifi but that doesn't seem to matter. Has anyone else had an issue where they've traded into Apple and miraculously something is wrong with it after making sure everything was fine?
