ios 26 Siri wrong contact bug

When asking Siri to get directions to (specified contact) the returned results are for a totally different contact and name. Eg when asking for directions to my son Chris #####'s house, Siri returns getting directions to Linda #####'s home and returns her address instead.

it happens with many contacts so far and is very frustrating.

it has only occurred since upgrading to iOS 26.

i have tried turning syncing contacts off and back on, restarts, checked they still have valid addresses in.

nobodies where to go from here, could be related to another bug report I have seen of iOS 26 ringing the wrong contact.
