How can I stop my iPhone 11 from asking for passcode?

My apple phone 11 keeps asking me to use my 4digit passcode every few seconds. How do I keep from having to enter this code so frequently?

Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Require Passcode

Choose from one of the six options between Immediately to After 4 Hours
