So I bought the MLS Season Pass back in February for $104. I recently became a season ticket holder, in which I get a free MLS Season Pass through my respective team. How can I get some credit back from what I paid?

All you can do is ask. You have a choice of a monthly subscription or yearly subscription and that choice is yours to make. You get discount pricing on the yearly subscription, so even if you had chosen the monthly option at $12.99, you would have paid $103.92 over the 8 months you had the service. Since you chose the yearly option, it is like you would have got the remaining months free anyway as a comparison. In most cases all transactions are final.
