Control Center pop up is stuck on iPhone screen

My husband was messing with his control center and this bar popped up on his screen. He can’t do anything with it. Nothing is on like music or a podcast. We can’t remove it. Help please

iPhone 16 Pro Max screen splits with black bar at top when I swipe up I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and whenever I touch near the bottom of the screen and swipe up slightly (not a full swipe to go Home), the screen splits all the apps move downward, and the top part of the screen turns black with a small arrow in the center. It looks like the screen is being pushed down, leaving a black section at the top. You can see what I mean in the sample image below (mine looks just like this). Does anyone know what this feature is called or how to disable it?

Bottom menu bar missing I just noticed that my bottom menu bar on my iPhone XR is missing. Either that or the grey box may be covering it I tried a reboot with no success. I hope someone can help get it back.

side bar and small dot on ipad When using my iPad a side bar comes up with a screen on it and then a small grey dot hovers around my screen. Sometimes it closes my apps and goes to Lock Screen, really annoying when watching a movie. It went away for a while with the last update but has returned again. What can this be? How can I fix it?
