Shortcut alert: “the action “transcribe audio” was interrupted because it didn’t finish in time”

I’m trying to replicate the check notes shortcut that Apple showed in the WWDC 2025 presentation. In short, the shortcut uses a recorded conversation, transcribes it, then uses Apple Intelligence to compare it against typed notes, then summarizes relevant points to the note about what you missed from the lecture.

I replicated the shortcut, but when I try to run it, I get the alert that “the action “transcribe audio” was interrupted because it didn’t finish in time.” Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? I’m usually recording about 90 minutes.
