Safari refresh button changes place from right to left or vice versa in iOS 26

iOS 26 came with some issues, including this one. As you can see the images, the refresh button in Safari doesn’t seem to be stable and every few hours it changes place from right to left or vice versa. I’m using iPhone 16 Pro, but I was able to reproduce the bug in an iPhone 13 Pro updated to iOS 26. And no, it has nothing to do with orientation lock. I have experienced this bug on both devices while orientation lock was on or off.
