My 17 Pro Max is now inverting colors as well.

Please detail what you mean by “made sure everything is off” - what have you tried?

In Settings > Display & Brightness > Appearance, is it set to Light or Dark?

In Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size, check both the Smart Invert and Classic Invert settings and make sure they are off.

When the screen is inverted by accessibility, it doesn’t appear in the screenshot as when you turn off the invert (I just tried it) the screenshot changes too back to regular colours. I think screen recordings stay inverted though
