I updated my macbook to MacOS Tahoe and lose my sequoia sunrise wallpaper. I can see the sequois sunrise is still listed in the wallpaper, but when I click on it, nothing happened.

That's weird. Are you saying that you click Sequoia Sunrise in System Settings->Wallpaper, as below, and
1) it does not get selected, and/or
2) the actual wallpaper does not change?
Try doing the same procedure whilst booted in Safe Mode. Does it work?
It works now! I got it back. It took quite a while to re-download. Thanks.
