Your report points to a few clear troublemakers. Avast should be fully removed — it’s known to cause kernel panics on newer macOS. The OBS Virtual Camera extension is blocked; either approve it in System Settings → Privacy & Security or uninstall OBS. The “Mac Mouse Fix” app is crashing constantly and runs from Downloads — delete it or reinstall a proper version into Applications. Also clean up leftover launch agents/daemons (old Canon, WIBUKey, VirtualBox, Spotify launcher).

After cleanup, reset NVRAM and SMC, then boot once in Safe Mode to see if the panics stop. If they do, it’s almost certainly the third-party stuff. If not, run Apple Diagnostics (hold D at startup) to check hardware.

Most of your minor issues (Spotlight high CPU, APFSd spikes, Time Machine limited) are normal right after a big system upgrade and usually settle in a day or two. Battery cycles are high but still “Normal.”

In short: remove Avast and old background junk, fix or delete crashing/blocked extensions, reset NVRAM/SMC, test in Safe Mode. That’s the cleanest path to stop the kernel panics.

Were there specific symptoms you observed that led to to run EtreCheck? Other than Avast, I do not see much ekse,

This is suspect:

Configuration Files:

    /etc/hosts - Count: 7

That might contribute, but hard to say without knowing symptoms you observed. See this recently-updated user tip on the subject from Etrecheck's developer:
