I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max in Malaysia. While I was there, Apple Maps worked perfectly, showing directions to shops and other locations. However, after returning to my home country, Sri Lanka, the Maps app no longer provides directions and instead shows “Directions Unavailable.” I even tried changing the region and restarting the phone but still the same result.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.

When your country/area does not have Official Apple Support web site, your recourse is to contact an Apple seller and ask them for assistance.
