Wrong email on app store screen when trying to update Whatsapp

If your access to a feature is blocked for several days then there is probably nothing you can do other than wait it out. Apple has no way of telling you aren't somebody trying to attack their servers. You are welcome to contact Apple and ask them if there is a way for them to let you have access.
