After the recent macOS update to Tahoe 26.0.1, my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw stopped performing scans. HP Support webpages do not cater to macOS drivers update and I am unable to scan using this printer though am able to print.
Will appreciate for a fix to this issue. Thanks in advance!

How are you trying to scan? Does Applications > Image Capture show the device? You could try removing and re-adding the printer.

FWIW, I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 (connected via AirPrint) and scanning works fine on macOS 26.0.1, both on the flatbed and with the document feeder.

Verify the selection in —
>System Setting> Printers & Scanners
>System Setting> Privacy & Security> Local Network toggle on all related

Hi,
I'm trying to scan using the flatbed scanner of the MFP M477 fnw directly to my macbook pro and this used to work perfectly with macOS Sequoia, i.e. macOS 18. But after upgrading my OS to Tahoe 26.0.1, the Printing is good BUT not scanning.
