Since the iPhone 17 has been released, the iPhone 16 Pro is no longer available on Apple’s official website. However, I would like to buy a brand-new, unopened, and unactivated iPhone 16 Pro. Is that possible?

As others have suggested, Carrier - Target - BestBuy are possible options. But typically, they don't sell unlocked phones, so you need to ask if the phone you buy will be carrier locked if they still have any left.
Ps: I checked BestBuy in the US and they only have pre-owned 16 Pro's available. You may not have much success trying to buy a brand new never owned 16 Pro model at this point.

Your carrier may still have the 16 Pro in stock at their stores.
If you have not already checked with your carrier, now might be a good time.
Also try Best Buy and Target.
CDW (Computer Discount Warehouse) is a regional big box computer reseller and Apple Authorized Reseller that shows various iphone 16 models in stock as of this post. I’d act fast.
