iPhone 12 won't stop ringing and is unresponsive

my sisters 12 wont stop ringing even tho i called 30 mins ago an she cant make it stop or do anything else on the phone I can’t restart it either

Tell her to Force Restart (different than a simple restart) by doing what is detailed in this link --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
