iPhone 14 Pro experiencing extreme lag after iOS 23 update and factory reset

I have an iPhone 14 Pro 250GB and I just updated to iOS 23. As well as did a factory reset to speed my phone up. I’ve cleared my Cameraroll and have 230gb remaining. Since the update my phone is now running even slower and laggier, especially when testing or swiping thru tabs. Sometimes videos won’t play audio.. anyone else experiencing this?
