iphone 17 pro shuts off, and wont turn back on, when it does turn back on touch doesn't work

twice in the past 2 days I've put my Iphone 17 pro to charge while it was low battery and it just shut off and keep shutting off once it tried restarting. After it turned on it went to the recovery assistance page but the touch would not work so i cant restart it. The phone worked perfectly fine throughout the entire day, no overheating or anything. I did drop it once a couple days ago, but theres no way its this weak right?
