How do i get back to MacOS
I downloaded windows on my mac from bootcamp and after a while of trying to do something i tried going back and i only saw windows i dont know what to do help me!

Typically you have to restart holding the Option key down and chose macOS
Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant
you can set a default if that is part of your query— in the macOS >System Settings>Startup Disk
